New Shop Plans

The new shop is going to be 30'x44', pole building construction.  This means that the exterior and roof trusses are supported by 14 large posts leaving the interior completely open.  In addition, there are no normal ceiling joists, only trusses at 14' and 10' intervals.  This plus the 10' sidewall height will allow a Bend-Pak 2 post lift to be installed in the 14' wide bay with the top of the lift being up in the 'attic' area.

The side elevation shown the single garage door that will lead into the lift area.  The left end elevation above has two large rolling doors that open up into a 15' wide opening to bring cars in and out that don't need the lift.
