Daily Driver

As a daily driver, I do have to fix a few things now and then.

The gear shift suddenly became loose and rattled.  I surmised that the two plastic bushings had broken or worn out.  I just went ahead and ordered the necessary parts based on suggestions by the local Nissan parts person.

After I took it apart, it was apparent that both bushings had disintegrated.  Here are the before and after pictures.
