Kerry's 250 GT Pininfarina Coupe Restoration (1643GT)
Not a lot of hours as the car has been at the interior shop most of the time.
Installed all of the chrome on the dash. Installed the ignition switch, cigarette lighter, heater controls, radio blanking plate and glove box button in the dash.
The sunroof handle chrome was flaking, so it was sent back out to be redone.
I noticed that there was 50' of clear vinyl hose bought the the sunroof drains. Originally, these hose were rubber with stickers on them.
I sent an email about this. It turns out that none of these hoses are visible, so the vinyl was used. I was ready to make some stickers as no one sells them. I sent the picture to Parker Hall several years ago and he had never seen one. But not too many Ferraris has sunroofs back then.
A classic car antique battery was bought. These have a modern AGM battery inside a classic black shell that looks like an original battery. Then the proper battery sticker (Baroclem from the build sheet) is put on the sides.
