Kerry's 250 GT Pininfarina Coupe Restoration (1643GT)
It has been a month since I had been down to Dennison's, so I went down and took along another 330 GT owner. We've both been fully vaccinated now, so there was no problems in visiting.
I was expecting that the coupe would still be across at the interior shop, but it was back at Butch's.
The interior people are working on the door panels and luggage shelf (quasi rear seat) area, so didn't need the car for a bit. They have done all of the work on the sunroof though. The headliner beyond the sunroof still needs to be finished.
They have also finished the tunnel cover with the shift boot along with the rear wheel housings.
A lot of little fiddly work is being finished. They were working on assembling the vent windows, which have many parts. I had done this many years ago, but everything was taken back apart with re-chroming as needed. Here you can see the tray with some of the parts.
The trunk interior is complete and the emblems, Ferrari script and license plate and surround are installed on the trunk lid.
The dash is installed, but the instruments have not been added yet. Notice the drag racing steering wheel. All of the interior trim pieces are being fit and are about ready to go to the paint shop to be painted body color.
