Kerry's 250 GT Pininfarina Coupe Restoration (1643GT)
A quick visit to Dennison. Mainly to drop off a check. I normally have the bank send it, but evidently I forgot to confirm the payment as it didn't get sent.
The engine has been on the engine dyno with no issues found. So it's now installed in the car and the car should be ready for me to pick up in a week or so. Kevin was installing the air cleaner as I was there.
A water line wasn't quite fitting right, so they made a new one. Once it's back from being plated, the car will go on the rolling dyno for a final check. Then out on the road for some test drive miles and I should get a call that it is ready.
It's been just over three years (October 12, 2018) since the car was picked up. A much longer and more expensive process than I anticipated, but now I can enjoy it.
A slightly more expensive Ferrari was in the shop, getting its race engine installed along with a race exhaust. Nothing like seeing a GTO in real life.
